NEMA Wattage Markers

Identify Amperage and Fuse Ratings at a Glance

When your crew needs to identify transformer amperage, fuse ratings, or valve status instantly, they need markers that are clear, durable, and impossible to misread. Faded or missing identification slows down maintenance, creates safety hazards, and leads to costly mistakes.

Tech Products manufactures EVERLAST indestructible AMP tags, FUSE tags, car seal valve tags, and safety zone markers that deliver permanent, high-visibility identification for your electrical and utility infrastructure.

TECH-3D Car Seal Valve Tags

Clearly mark valve positions with our 3D embossed car seal tags. The deep embossing means the letters never wear out.

  • CSC (Car Seal Closed) – Item IP0180
  • 3D Embossed construction
  • Letters never wear out

Do Not Attach Safety Zone Tags

Mark S.E.S. safety zones clearly with our “DO NOT ATTACH ABOVE THIS POINT” tags. These rugged markers communicate critical safety boundaries for utility workers and prevent equipment from being attached in dangerous locations.

Why EVERLAST Tags Outlast the Alternatives

EVERLAST tags use molded-in characters, not paint or printing. The identification is literally part of the material. Sun, rain, chemicals, and rough handling won’t degrade the markings. Your amperage and fuse identification stays clear and readable for decades, eliminating the need for replacement and reducing maintenance costs.

Frequently Asked Questions

What amperage values are available in stock?

We stock a wide range of AMP tag values including 12, 15, 20, 25, 30, 37, 40, 50, 65, 75, 77, 78, 80, 100, 134, 140, 183, 185, and 200. Custom values are available on request. Contact us at 1-800-221-1311 for specific requirements.

Are the FUSE tags available for values not listed?

Yes. Our standard FUSE tag range covers 6T, 10T, 15T, 25T, 40T, 65T, and 100T (items ELTWK156 through ELTWK162). Custom fuse values can be manufactured to your specifications. Contact us with your requirements.

How are EVERLAST tags different from printed or painted tags?

EVERLAST tags feature characters that are molded directly into the material during manufacturing. The text is physically part of the tag, not applied to the surface. This means the identification cannot fade from UV exposure, wash off in rain, or scratch away from handling. Printed and painted tags typically degrade within a few years in outdoor environments.

What is the difference between CSO and CSC valve tags?

CSO (item IP0179) indicates “Car Seal Open,” meaning the valve should remain in the open position. CSC (item IP0180) indicates “Car Seal Closed,” meaning the valve should remain closed. Both tags use TECH-3D embossing for permanent, wear-proof identification of valve positions.

Can I order custom logos or text on these tags?

Yes. We can manufacture custom amperage tags, fuse tags, valve tags, and safety zone markers with your specific text, logos, or values. Contact us at 1-800-221-1311 with your requirements for a quote.
